The story
About 15 kilometers southwest of Đà Nẵng, in Hòa Phong commune, lies Túy Loan, one of the city's oldest villages. Founded more than 500 years ago, it has kept its beliefs, archaeological relics and historic architecture to this day, and is known for its rice paper.
Túy Loan rice paper is famous for its flavor of rice, sesame, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, salt and sugar: crunchy from being baked on the stove, fragrant and slightly spicy with fresh ginger, garlic and white sesame, sweet and salty from the sugar and fish sauce.
