Their story

Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort was founded by Chairman Tran Thai Do, a native of Hội An who wished to create a hospitality space that gives back to the local community. Since opening in 2017, the resort has combined luxury services with environmental responsibility and local cultural values.

Built on only 30% of the land, the resort preserves the remaining area as green space with organic gardens, native plants, and a peaceful riverside environment. Guests can experience meals made from fresh herbs grown in Caman Village's organic garden, relaxing breakfasts surrounded by nature, and cultural activities such as evening musical cabaret performances.

Silk Sense has also implemented many sustainable initiatives, including replacing single-use plastics with biodegradable materials, using Kangen alkaline water instead of plastic bottles, recycling disposable cups for tree planting, producing compost from organic waste, and applying environmentally friendly AAC construction materials and sea-salt ozone pool technology to support healthier experiences for guests and staff.
