This is not a farm tour. You arrive at Uncle TÆ° Viá»t's farm at dusk and do not leave until the following afternoon. Sleep in the farmhouse, eat what the family eats, wake before dawn for the harvest, and work in the field until your body understands what food costs. No schedule. No facilitated reflection. Just the land and its people.
